This panel event was facilitated by space expert and competition judge, Anita Bernie, who runs Strategy and Business Execution for KISPE Space. On the expert panel was Jodie Howlett, Space Systems Engineer and Adam Camilletti, Space Systems Lead from the UK Space Agency, who both shared vital and useful information about the competition.

The audience learnt about LaunchUK and the UK Space Agency. Viewers were introduced to the purpose and potential impact of the competition and how nanosatellites can help toward informing the continuing climate change and decarbonisation efforts across the globe.

It was emphasised that this competition is open to all and there is no need to have any expertise of prior experience within the space industry. If you are aged over 16 and currently a resident in the UK, you are welcome to enter. All you need is an innovative idea and some passion to share it. Space is for everyone and there is no upper age limit so take this opportunity to bring your ideas to the table!
